Refund policy

Replacement & Return Policy : These lures are handmade. Therefore, replacements or returns need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of opening the package. Please inspect your packaging and the lure when it is delivered to you. Any lure that has been used cannot be accepted for return. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for the return or refund. Refunds and returns will be completed once we receive the lure back for inspection. 

*Note : If the lure was placed on the sticker label on the package, set out in the heat for an extended amount of time or manipulated in any way, we cannot approve the refund. This return policy and the description on our site states the warnings for such occurrences. Please take note that these are plastic lures and any object that sticks or adheres to plastic may damage the outside protective layer of these lures. Extreme heat will cause deformities, as stated in this policy as well as the description in our online store. Lures that have been used, that have been exposed to water (saltwater or fresh water) cannot be replaced. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your lure as soon as it arrives for any defects. We have multiple steps to ensure the quality and durability of our lures, and each lure is handheld, inspected and approved before shipping to the customer. These lures will also not last forever. Depending on the catch, some lures may not even withstand 3-4 uses as different species of fish exhibit different strikes on the baits. The top layer of the lure is a protective coating and does not affect the action of the bait. In fact, once the protective layer comes off, the bait can be used many more times after, depending on the strikes.
